3/4” and 1” Tap fee includes installation of a residential dual check valve. Any backflow requirement above a residential dual check is the customers responsibility - no change in price. Greater than 1” backflow must be installed by customer and test data submitted as necessary.

Wastewater Tap Fees 4” & 6” $1,200 8” or greater At Cost 8” service requires a manhole.

Wastewater Impact Fee $350 per REU*

*REU = Residential Equivalent Unit as defined in the BPW General Terms and Conditions.

If the manager is not available and service is required a standard residential deposit may be used contingent upon final approval of the manager. An additional deposit amount may be required to insure continued service.

Industrial:

To be determined by the manager based on load information.
